NAS100 lot size calculator (US100).
Size your Nasdaq 100 trades from your risk. Index CFDs are named NAS100, US100 or USTEC depending on the broker — and so is the contract size, so check it once and the math is done.
Example: NAS100 with 0.5% risk, contract size 1
Why NAS100 lot sizes vary so much
With a contract size of 1, one lot moves $1 per index point. If your broker uses 10 per lot, the same trade is 1.00 lot; with 20 it’s 0.50. Same risk, different numbers — that’s why the contract size field matters.
Where to find the contract size
Open the symbol’s information in your trading platform. In cTrader it’s in the symbol info under the lot size. Prop firms often use 1 unit per lot, but don’t assume it.
Chart the CFD, not the future
The Nasdaq futures contract (NQ) trades at a different price than the NAS100 CFD. Measure your stop on the same symbol you’ll trade.
Exchange rates are ECB reference rates from Frankfurter, updated once a working day. Results are guidance — check them against your platform before you trade.
Draw it once. That’s your order.
